Sugar-Free Vegan Mayonnaise

Have you ever checked the list of ingredients in your mayonnaise? Did you notice the sugar in there? Below is a recipe for a delicious, easy-to-make, soy milk-based homemade mayonnaise.


  • ¾ cup of soy milk.
  • ¾ cup olive oil.
  • 1.5 tablespoons lemon juice.
  • One teaspoon mustard.
  • Pinch of salt.


Mince all ingredients in a blender until achieving a smooth texture.
Recommendation: prepare small quantities – the mayonnaise can be kept in the refrigerator for one week.
